The Still Point Method
The Still Point Method integrates the mind, emotions, and body into the pickleball learning process. It is geared toward the beginner who knows scoring, position on court and basic strokes or the 2.5 -3.5 player – who has created some bad habits and wants to rebuild from the foundation up.
